Recommendations:
Nambucca Heads Camera Club – would like to make the recommendation that all clubs that entry photos for the Competition, do so by accessing the Northern Zone Website.
The cost per club is $50.
Estimates at around $1 – per entry.
Can clubs please send a response, if no response is received by Close of Business of 2018. I will assume that the club is agreeing to theproposal.
Note:
All print entries will need a digital copy added to the website, so that a check can be made, that the judges are judging the correct photo. PLEASE NOTE Prints will be judged as prints, the digital footprint is only for the catalogue and the check to make sure it is the correct print.
All clubs will be responsible for adding their entries ontothe website and a password and instructions will be provided shortly. (January -February )
Print entries will need to be sent to Hastings, by the Closing date of 8th March 2019.
Registrations will be taken on the website as well, close of Registrations will be 10th May 2019.
On the Northern Zone website, the forms for motions for the AGM, will be available.
At present we are looking at Speakers and workshops on Saturday, A sunrise shoot on Sunday morning with a Breakfast AGM to be held at the club at 8:30 am, before the Sunday presentations.
