Conditions of entry

GENERAL RULES FOR THE INTERCLUB COMPETITIONS 

i. Each club may enter a maximum of ten (10) entries in each Competition Category

ii. Each individual member may contribute a maximum of three (3) images in each Category within their Club’s entry

iii. Each individual entry must have been exposed by the person making the entry who shall be a member of an affiliated club. All images must be the work of the author

iv. An individual may not enter the same image in different Categories in the same year. Each club must police its own entries.

v. An individual may not re-enter an image from one year in any Category in any subsequent Inter Club Competition.

vi. All Competitions shall be of “Open” subject unless otherwise specified.

vii. Entries must be submitted via the NorthernNSW MyPhotoClub web page.

viii. The Inter Club Competition will consist of the following sections:

  • Colour (as Prints)
  • Monochrome (as Prints)
  • Digital Art/Creative (as Digital)
  • Nature (as Digital)
  • Australian Landscape (as Prints)

ix. There print sizes must conform with Northern Zone rules. External mat dimensions are to be 16″ x 12″. No other sizes will be accepted. Print size and shape may be any, as long as the external dimensions are correct.

GENERAL RULES FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES – SET SUBJECT

i. A maximum of 4 images may be submitted per person and may not have been submitted in any prior NZ competitions.

ii. The individual must enter the images under their own name / userid. This may require the user to get their own MyPhotoClub userid.

iii. Entries are all digital only and will be submitted via the NorthernNSW MyPhotoClub web page.
